Sherrie Phillips Guzman is the founder of Your Zen Matters. She has over 35 years of experience in the healing arts. Sherrie is a certified life coach, ordained minister, spiritual adventurist, Breathwork facilitator, Massage therapist, and Grief support specialist. Sherrie is a number one best-selling author and is deeply dedicated to serving those who wish to transform their pain into purpose. Tina Green founded Exposing The Roots and is the best-selling author of “The Life-Changing Power of Self-Love: An Essential Guide.” She is passionate about helping humans, especially women, cultivate self-love. She is an ordained minister, certified Life Coach, Toltec Sacred Journey Breathwork Facilitator, and workshop facilitator. Yolanda Phillips Guzman grew up in Southern California and has deep roots in her indigenous culture. She comes from a long lineage of seers and medicine people. She has a life calling to support people on their healing journeys. Yolanda has spent many years working with at-risk youth and has been a victim advocate and translator for the district attorney’s office. Yolanda is an ordained shamanic minister and has studied through Freedom Folk and Soul. She is a support facilitator for Your Zen Matters in Breathwork, Cacao ceremony, and many other modalities.
Jennifer Sedna is a formally initiated shaman in five lineages, including in the traditions of the Q’ero and 7 Rainbow Lineages from Peru and the Dagara tradition from West Africa. She has been a healing practitioner for over 15 years. She has studied a wide variety of modalities and incorporates them into her sessions for powerful, deep transformations. She currently works with clients who desire to deepen their spiritual practices and authentic living and being through land-based healing, rituals, prayers, divination, intention, and love.
